Fã e parceiro musical de Dona Ivone Lara, Ciraninho é um dos compositores que estão no projeto “Baú da Dona Ivone”, que terá mais um EP lançado em todas as plataformas digitais, com direito a live no Teatro Rival Refit, nesta terça-feira (13), quando a grande Dama do Samba completaria 100 anos. Além de assinar “Império e Portela” em parceria com Dona Ivone, Diogo Nogueira e Bruno Castro no primeiro álbum da série, Ciraninho é um dos autores da canção inédita “Silêncio da Passarada”, gravada pela cantora e atriz Dandara Mariana, a Bel da novela “Salve-se Quem Puder”, da TV Globo.
Feita com Bruno Castro, a música, que no EP teve arranjo do maestro Leandro Braga, fala sobre a ausência física de Dona Ivone pela percepção dos pássaros. Em 2022, “Silêncio da Passarada” vai ganhar formato de livro infantil.
Feliz de poder homenagear uma de suas referências no samba, Ciraninho fala da emoção que sentiu ao ter sua canção eternizada por Dandara, que interpretou a compositora de “Sonho Meu” no musical “Dona Ivone Lara – Um Sorriso Negro”. “O dia da gravação foi um dos momentos mais especiais na minha estrada da música. Meu coração transbordava emoção durante a brilhante interpretação da cantora Dandara Mariana. Cantora, sim! Que afinação, profissionalismo e simpatia. Sua postura de veterana impressionou a todos e nos presenteou com uma impecável gravação. Que honra!”, elogia o compositor portelense, que lançou recentemente seu próprio canal no YouTube, onde apresenta o programa semanal “Samba & Futebol”, entrevistando grandes ídolos dos gramados e da música.
As 12 faixas do “Baú da Dona Ivone”, raridades que até pouco tempo existiam apenas em CDs distribuídos em 2012 em escolas da Prefeitura do Rio, foram disponibilizadas pela Radar Records em três EPs.
Nesta terça-feira (13), data do centenário, o público poderá conferir o quarto EP, na nova fase do projeto, recheado de inéditas da baluarte imperiana, falecida em 2018. A lista inclui “Silêncio da Passarada”, única canção sem a autoria de Dona Ivone por se tratar de uma homenagem, “Dois Corações Abrindo a Manhã”, com interpretação de Maria Rita; “O Espaço Pra Sonhar”, com grupo Fundo de Quintal; “15 Anos Após o Centenário”, no dueto de Dudu Nobre e Pretinho da Serrinha; e “Já É hora”, na voz de Xande de Pilares. “Nas Escritas da Vida”, lançada em 2010, volta agora em registro inédito, com Dona Ivone dividindo os vocais com Gilberto Gil.
Além de integrar o projeto como compositor, Ciraninho, que foi um dos convidados especiais do show comemorativo dos 91 anos de Dona Ivone, em 2012, é um dos responsáveis pela captação de imagens e depoimentos feitos nos bastidores das gravações. A ideia é que o material possa ser aproveitado futuramente.
A coordenação e a direção musical do “Baú da Dona Ivone” são do músico, cantor, compositor e professor Bruno Castro, que trabalhou durante duas décadas com a homenageada, além de ter sido parceiro musical e grande amigo da artista.
