Em maio do ano passado, Claudio Pinheiro foi um dos primeiros a garantir que não haveria desfile em 2021. Nas redes sociais, o carnavalesco Leandro Vieira, da Mangueira e do Império Serrano, comentou a notícia desta segunda-feira.
