Segundo Jorge Xavier, a definição da ordem dos desfiles é um importante passo para que as escolas possam montar suas estruturas para o carnaval. “Quando sacramentada a ordem do desfile as escolas já começam a se organizar em relação à logística para chegarem com suas crianças na concentração, aquisição de material para a confecção de fantasias e alegorias, pois algumas escolas ainda desfilam com iluminação natural e até mesmo a mobilização de pessoal para o trabalho no apoio de componentes e seus familiares”, disse o vice-presidente da Aesm-Rio.
